Ok, so this is a blog about my music-making activities and music technology, but I couldn’t resist posting this little snippet that I saw on the BBC News website:
Despite the riots definitely not being very funny at all, the link made me smile. I thought “Why is David Cameron thinking about fashion at a time like this?” and “Which LA model has made such a big impression on Mr Cameron’s wardrobe?”. I almost pictured our glorious leader in some suit worn by Los Angeles’ latest star, or maybe even driving down the riot-torn streets of Croydon in one of the new Range Rovers designed by Victoria Beckham.
Then it dawned on me. I came to my senses at clicked the link, only to find an article entitled: “What Los Angeles can teach UK on riot control”. Oh well.
